With deep experience in construction financing, new home loans and refinancing, she de-mystifies the loan process and educates and advises clients on home loan options and budget considerations. Theresa is a recipient of the Home Builders Association's CADRE Award. The CADRE is awarded by the National Association of Home Builders and it is the Council Award for Demonstrating Remodeling Excellence. Theresa is a licensed lender in Oregon and Washington, and is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). Theresa has served on the Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals Ethics Committee and been featured on Real Estate Television. She has also been awarded her Certified Graduate Associate (CGA) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. Theresa also serves on the Board of Directors for the HBA.

As a CGA Theresa has completed 48 hours of classroom instruction through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). This education is focused on ensuring that she has a similar level of knowledge that builders and remodelers must have to be accredited by the NAHB in the areas of estimating, customer service, land use and planning, project management and much more.
